Refund & Return Policy
At Emats Inc Prime Technology, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital products and ensuring a seamless customer experience. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may occasionally arise with digital downloads. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or store credits may be granted for virtual and digital file products.
Digital products are intangible and cannot be physically returned. Our policy is designed to be fair while preventing misuse.
You may be eligible for a refund if the file:
Is corrupt or unusable (e.g., fails to open, has missing components, or shows errors)
Is incomplete or missing key elements as advertised
Is inaccessible due to technical issues
Note: You must report the issue within 7 days of purchase. If a corrected file cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate charge.
Note: Refunds are not issued for incorrect product variations (e.g., license types).
If the wrong product is delivered due to a system error or misdelivery, notify us within 7 days. We will send the correct product or offer a refund if unavailable.
Report unauthorized charges immediately. Verified claims will be refunded in full.
Some situations do not qualify for refunds due to the nature of digital products:

Refunds are not issued for incompatibility with third-party software or outdated systems.

If you delete your file accidentally, we will re-send a download link, but no refund will be issued.
🚫 2.4 Unauthorized Sharing or Violations
Detected cases of reselling, sharing, or misuse of digital files will void any refund eligibility and may lead to further action.
🚫 2.5 Subscription-Based or Licensed Products
Refunds are generally not available for subscription or licensed content unless explicitly stated otherwise.
To request a refund:

✅ The Product Name
✅ A Description of the Issue
✅ Screenshots or proof (if applicable)
Step 2: Review & Approval
Requests are reviewed within 2–5 business days.
You’ll receive an approval confirmation or an explanation if denied.
Step 3: Refund Issuance
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5 business days.
Depending on your provider, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
When refunds are not applicable, we may offer:
🔄 File Replacement – Receive a corrected or updated version.
💳 Store Credit – Apply credit toward future purchases.
